About Natalie
Ottawa has been home to Natalie for most of her life. When she was 18, Natalie became the youngest agent ever to be licensed in Ontario and has been practicing since 1979. She was able to grow her business through her tenacity, enthusiasm, bilingualism, and client-centered approach. With over 45 years of experience in the industry, she truly understands how to help her clients buy and sell their properties.
For Natalie, finding the right home for her buyers requires a holistic approach. This means providing her buyers with the most up to date and relevant information on neighbourhoods, schools, and community amenities.
During her tenure as a realtor in Ottawa, Natalie has received many awards for her service, including her induction in the Re/Max Circle of Legends in 2018, one of the most prestigious and exclusive career accolades in the global real estate network, earned by less than 1% of all agents. Natalie has consistently ranked as on of the top realtors in Canada during her career and continues to produce results year after year.
Due to her knowledge expertise in real estate and her French language skills, Natalie often gets asked to speak about the current real estate market and trends in Ottawa by the CBC, Radio Canada, CTV, and more. Natalie has also taught Continuing Education courses at Ottawa University on “Investing in Real Estate”.

Ottawa is one of Canada’s fastest growing cities. As Realtors, it is increasingly difficult to be an expert in all the neighbourhoods of the city. As a result, many agents choose to specialize in specific communities where they feel connected, often where they live. The benefits of this specialization to any client is that the agent usually develops lasting relationships with community members and maintains an ongoing knowledge of the political, social, physical and economic features that affect this territory, including sales trends and potential listings.
To this end, Natalie concentrates on working with buyers and sellers mostly in the Greenbelt and in Ottawa’s urban core. Having grown up in Old Ottawa South, attended Glebe High School, lived in Sandy Hill as well as having built two infill developments in the Golden Triangle and Centertown, Natalie knows her way around the City and has always been a fan and advocate of it.
Natalie’s expertise extends beyond residential Real Estate sales, having been involved with sales of new developments all over Ottawa from Village Square in New Edinburgh to Rideau Gate in Overbrook and several developments in Centertown. Also, she was an active contributor to Le Saint Denis, a green adaptive conversion development that now offers a very refreshing and different lifestyle in the heart of Quartier Vanier.
Further, her involvement in community and municipal politics gives her a unique perspective on Ottawa's ever-changing landscape. This gives her buyers the opportunity to make informed decisions on where they are moving in Ottawa, ensuring long-lasting satisfaction.

Within hours of our meeting, I felt that Natalie understood what she needed to find for us. Moving here from Toronto in the middle of our busiest time at work meant that OUR time was at a real premium. Natalie totally accommodated our crazy schedules and showed us only the houses she knew were legitimate possibilities. Community Engagement
In the past, Natalie was the Chair of the Property Standards Committee for the City of Ottawa, from 1994 to 1996. Since then, she has worked with many associations, groups, and government officials to help create stronger communities and create more transparency in housing legislation. Now, Natalie is the president of the Manor Park Community Association. She began this role in 2024 after service on the board in other capacities. She strongly believes in community advocacy and strives to create more holistic governance by advocating for more diverse stakeholder input, transparency from the city, and by creating more direct pathways for communication with City officials.
Natalie was the Chair of the Ottawa Women's Business Network, and continues to advocate strongly for women in business, community, and politics.
Natalie is also a strong advocate for the neighbourhood of Vanier. In 2026, she was nominated for the Community Champion Award by the Vanier BIA for her involvement in the community.
